WooCommerce - Common errors and solutions

The integration between PrestaShop and Moloni ON is essential for automating your business. Check the most frequent errors below.

Error creating a document due to missing taxes on products and/or shipping costs.

This error prevents the document from being created because there are no taxes applied to the product and/or shipping in the order. This occurs because no taxes have been applied to the selected products.

This error may appear while you are generating an order and, subsequently, in the Logs tab.

Solution: If the selected products are tax-exempt, you should access the Moloni ON plugin Settings and, in the Document - Products section, select the exemption reason for the products.

However, if you need to apply taxes, we advise you to check the tax settings in WooCommerce, as they may not be configured correctly.

The product was not synchronised or does not exist in the Moloni ON account and/or the WooCommerce store.

Solution: Access the Moloni ON plugin tools, select the relevant list, and import or export the desired product. More information in this FAQ.

The product stock in WooCommerce does not match the stock value in Moloni ON.

Solution: If the correct value is the one in Moloni ON, you should search for the product in the Moloni ON product listing tools and import the stock.

If the correct value is the one in WooCommerce, you should search for the product in the WooCommerce product listing tools and export the stock. More information in this FAQ.
