How to check the status of sets communicated to the TA
Follow the steps:
1. Go to the menu Tax Authority > Communication status > Document sets.
2. In this section, you will find a list of all performed series communication registrations.
The list is divided by the columns:
- Document set;
- Document type;
- TA code;
- Status;
- Last update;
- Operation;
- Message.
3. The Status column may show the following statuses:

Active - the series has already been communicated to the TA for this document type, and can be used in documents of that type;

Nullified - the communication of the series to the TA for this document type has been cancelled, and the series can no longer be used in documents of that type;
A series can only be cancelled if it is in the Active status and was communicated on the same day or the following day.

Finalised - the series has been finished for this document type, and can no longer be used in documents of that type.
4. For each series, you can click on the Edit icon to cancel or finish each communication.

Note: During the document creation process, you can check the status of the intended series for the document type.
